Two acre town centre development site comprising the residential element of a mixed-use regeneration scheme with planning permission for a 60,000 sq ft food store, 600 space multi-storey car park and 143 residential homes.

David led this project during his employment with the MF Freeman Group between 2016-18 and achieved the following during his management of the project.

Moore Achievements

Complex acquisition given fractured ownership, linked planning permission and restrictions on title.
Replaced existing car park operator on management agreement with NCP on a new Full Repairing and Insuring Lease, subject to landlord development break options.

Collaborated with Cheltenham Borough Council and Homes England to secure £3m of grant funding for the delivery of the strategic infrastructure associated with the development.
Explored alternative uses and funding arrangements for the development of the site including extra-care and build-to-rent with a view to overcoming viability challenges.
