Moore-DM has been engaged by Land Promoter, Landra Developments Ltd, to provide it with development and project management support across its portfolio of promotion sites.

Landra is a privately owned business established 2 years ago by Philip Rawle, a very experienced town planner, with a successful career in land promotion.

Moore-DM's role is to establish the framework and processes for the effective and efficient management of the portfolio to allow the business to scale at pace. Balancing competing demands is a requirement of development and with experience across the lifecycle of development, Moore-DM has been engaged to work with the Landra team to navigate complexity and deliver solutions and planning permissions that are optimised, market facing and deliverable.
